- Visit our CNM Customer Portal: https://cnm.myportallogin.com/
- Click to Sign Up. After email verification, you’ll gain access to our Customer Portal where you can Submit a Ticket. Our easy‐to‐use portal will guide you through the process. You’ll be prompted to explain the problem, attach screen shots, etc. This is the quickest & easiest method of submitting a service request!
- You can also update service tickets, manage users, and view invoices on our Customer Portal.

- Please be sure to include the following in your email:
- Brief description of issue and its impact
- Best way to contact you
- All email requests will automatically be assigned a support ticket number that will be used to track your issue through our system.
- Every time an update is made to you ticket, you will be automatically notified.

- Our Service customers (like you) have access to a technician as needed.
- If you get voicemail during business hours – please leave a message with your name, phone number, and a description of the issue you are having. A technician will call you to help resolve the issue or our dispatcher will schedule a time when they will be able to support your concern.
