General Settings needed to setup CNM hosted email in an SMTP Client:
Incoming and Outgoing servers:
webmail01.completenetwork.com
(Your domain name is the portion of your email address after the @ symbol.)
Your username is your full email address
SMTP authentication required
If you get an error sending using port 25 try port 9855
Set email to delete from server after 90-180 days
How to Access your CNM hosted email:
Open a web browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome.
Type this into the address bar at the top of the browser :
http://webmail.YourDomainName.com
(Your domain name is the portion of your email address after the @ symbol.)
Or
https://webmail01.completenetwork.com
Your email address is your user name. The first time you log in please use the password that was assigned to you. Once you log in please change your password to something more secure by clicking settings (gear icon on top)>>>Account settings.
This is probably the easiest way to access your email especially if you need to access your email from a variety of locations.
How to setup your CNM hosted email in Outlook:
Outlook 2019
Open Outlook 2019
Click File -> Account Settings
Under the E-mail tab, click “New…”
Enter your email address.
Under Advanced Options check “Let me set up my account manually” -> Click Connect
Select POP or IMAP -> Click Next
POP Account Settings
Incoming Mail Server: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Port: 110 or 995*
If using 995, Check “This server requires an encrypted connection”
Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Port: 25 – Encryption Method: Auto
Port: 465 – Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Port: 9855 – Encryption Method: STARTTLS
IMAP Account Settings
Incoming Mail Server: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Port: 143 – Encryption Method: STARTTLS
or
Port: 993 – Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Port: 25 – Encryption Method: Auto
Port: 465 – Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Port: 9855 – Encryption Method: STARTTLS
You can also change these settings manually later by going to File -> Account Settings -> Server Settings.
Outlook 2012 – 2016
Open Outlook 2016
Click File -> Account Settings
Under the E-mail tab, click “New…”
Check “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” -> Click Next
Check “POP or IMAP” -> Click Next
User Information
Your Name: Type your name
Email Address: Type your email address
Server Information
Account Type: POP3 or IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: webmail01.completenetwork.com
(Please see the note below if you are a residential user or have Sending errors.)
Logon Information
User Name: Type your full email address
Password: Type your password
Make sure the Remember Password box is checked.
Click More Settings tab.
Click the “Outgoing Server” tab.
Check My outgoing server requires SMTP authentication with “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”
Click the Advanced tab.
POP Server Ports:
Incoming Server: 110 or 995
Outgoing: 25 or 9855
Use the following type of encrypted connection: Auto
In the Delivery section at the bottom – You have the option to leave a copy of your emails on the server for 90-180 days or remove from server when deleted from deleted items.
IMAP Server Ports:
Incoming Server: 143 or 993
Outgoing: 25, 465, or 9855
Use the following type of encrypted connection: Auto
Click Ok.
*If are having sending errors…
Use port 9855 instead of port 25. Its in the advanced settings area.
Back on the Account settings screen -> Click Test Settings.
You should receive a test message generated by Outlook with in the next couple minutes.
Once the test succeeds click Next -> Then Finish
If the test fails then please review the settings and try again. If the test continues to fail double checking your settings. If you continue to have trouble setting up Outlook we can have a service technician assist you. Please give us a call at 985.580.3040 or email us.
How to setup your CNM hosted email in Entourage:
Open Entourage:
Click Tools>>>Accounts>>>New
(or select the account to modify and click edit)
If new setup click Configure Account Manually
Account Type: POP
Click Ok
Edit Account
Account Name: Type the name you would like to call this account
Personal Information
Name: Type your name
E-mail Address: Type you email address
Receiving Email
Account ID: Type your full email address
POP Server: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Password: Type your password
Check Save password in my MAC OS keychain
Sending Mail
SMTP Server: webmail01.completenetwork.com
Click Click here for advanced sending options
Check smtp server requires authentication
Check Use same settings as receiving mail server

Having trouble receiving emails from someone?
Try adding them to your Trusted Senders list.
Log into your email account via the web interface.
Click settings on the top menu>>>Expand the Filtering folder in the left frame>>> Click Spam Filtering in the left frame>>>Click Trusted Senders in the right frame
Add the email address or domain you would like to receive email messages from here and click save when you are done.
After adding the sender here if you are still having problems receiving they may be black listed.
Please use the contact us to request a black list check on the domain. Don’t forget to include the domain name.
Mailbox Full?
The default Auto-clean settings are typically sufficient for most domains. However if you regularly receive large amounts of email you may need to make some adjustments.
First to start receiving messages again log into your account via the web interface and delete some messages.
Log into your email account via the web interface.
Click settings on the top menu>>>Expand the Filtering folder in the left frame>>>Click Folder Auto-Clean
To change the settings under the Folders tab you must first click Override on the Options tab. Then under the folders tab you can adjust the settings as you need them.
Alternatively if you are using Outlook in Account Settings>>>Highlight the account>>> Click Change>>>Click More Settings>>>Then click the Advanced tab>>>Check Leave copy of message on server>>>Check Leave copy of message on server for 10 days (this should be the default).
(Note: Initially, you will still need to log into the web interface to delete messages from your boxes.)
Too much spam?
From the web interface you can setup Content Filtering Rules to help reduce the spam you receive.
Log into your email account via the web interface.
Click settings on the top menu>>>Expand the Filtering folder in the left frame>>> Click Content Filtering>>>Click New
From here you will have to follow the prompts to create rules specific to the spam you want to block.
