CNM Spam Filtering Services
Thank you for choosing CNM as your first defense against spam. We are continuously analyzing messages and adjusting our spam filter to
deliver the maximum amount of protection. However this does cause some good messages to be caught by the spam filter. It will be necessary
for you to regularly check your quarantined items to train the filter to your specific needs. Below you will find the instructions needed
to check your quarantined mail items. If more specific information is required or if you are interested in signing up for our spam filtering

How to check you quarantined emails:
1. Via Web Browser
Go to spamfilter.completenetwork.com
Login with your email address and the password you received at setup
2. Via Outlook
You can setup a folder in outlook to log you in and go directly to the quarantined email page
First open Outlook
Create a new folder
Right click on the folder
Select the Home Page Tab
In the address field enter the url you received at setup
*In some cases the url will be too long to fit into the space provided by Outlook.
In this case you can set the address to http://spamfilter.completenetwork.com, but you will have to log in each time.
Check the Show home page by default for this folder box
The Home page displays your domains basic settings.
The Profile page always you to update your password.
The Spam page displays a list of currently quarantined emails.
Once an email has been released the sender will be allowed to send to you without their messages being quarantined again.
Spammers are always evolving so if you find you are still receiving unwanted mail please contact us so we can work directly with you to
try and block more of the unwanted messages.
