Simple PO Database...

Simple PO database allows you easily create Purchase Orders for your company.

Main Menu
The main screen of the PO Database shows a list of all PO's in the system that is sortable by any of the listed fields. To the right of the PO list are two sections with buttons that allow access to the other available forms.

Purchase Orders Section

Open PO
Select a PO from the list on the Main screen and then click Open PO to view.

New PO
Opens the PO form ready for data entry.

View All POs
Opens the PO form without any filters. From here you can scroll through all records or use the find button to locate a particular PO or series of POs.

Reports
Opens the criteria form for the Cost Summary Report.

Maintenance Section

Employees, Locations, Departments, Shippers, and Vendors
Allows for maintenance of combo box lists that are used on the PO form.

Terms
Allows for maintenance of the terms agreement associated with POs.

Settings
This is where your company information and logo are set. This is also where you can change the path of the datasource for the database.
