Please provide the information below, and it will immediately issue a service request through e-mail to our dispatch office.

Standard Service Rates are:
$85/hour for standard workstation and minor network layer support.
$105/hour for senior level network support and/or network consulting services.

If you are under contract, your service rates are posted on your contract. If you are interested in a maintenance contract, please e-mail jasonb@completenetwork.com to request a copy of our maintenance contract.

Note: The more *detail* you provide in the problem description box above the quicker it will enable the technician to resolve the issue.
Please report *specific* information. This should include:

a) The error message your computer displays
b) What were you doing at the time the error occurred?
c) What other applications were running when the error occurred?
d) Is this the first time you've received this message?

If you are simply requesting service, please give a detailed description of service you would like performed.

Note: Please include your unit Identifier number if it is listed on the outside of your case. If your computer is a Dell and you do not have a Unit Identifier Sticker, please include your service tag number.
