Iphone Setup
Go to the Main Screen.
Click Settings
Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Click Add Account
Click Other
Click Add Mail Account
Select POP
Incoming mail server
Host Name: webmail.YourDomainName.com
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password
Enter the same info you did for your incoming server.
Outgoing mail server
Host Name: webmail.YourDomainName.com
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password
At this point your iphone will try to connect via SSL - The verification will fail.
It will then prompt if you want to try without SSL. Try to connect without SSL.
If verification fails again then save the account - go back to the main screen - click settings
- then click Mail, Contacts, Calendars - then select the account. This will bring you to the
setup screen for the account.
Click Advanced
Verify that Use SSL is Off and the port is set to 110
Go back to the settings screen and click SMTP
You may need to turn off the Other SMTP servers and Turn on the Webmail.YourDomainName.com Server
Click the server you need to turn on/off
Verify that the server is on and change the Server port to 9855
These should be all the settings needed to setup your Iphone to work with our mail system. If you
still have problems connecting to your mail after following these instructions then advanced setting
adjustments may be required depending on what else is configured on your Iphone. If you need help
